Refund policy

We want you to love your purchase, but if you're not completely satisfied, we're here to make things right.

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To qualify, items must be unused, in their original packaging, with all tags intact. We do not accept returns on intimate items, personalized products, or items marked as final sale due to hygiene and safety standards.

To initiate a return, please email us at info@winkwillow.com with your order number, reason for return, and any photos if applicable. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send the item back. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received was incorrect or defective.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you and process your refund to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
